Die Corrector (Aluminium Extrusion)

Experience:

8+ years of experience in aluminium extrusion die correction, with hands-on exposure to 6", 8", 9" & 10" dies.

Qualification:

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

or

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

or

ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making. Skills: Die correction and maintenance, bearing and choke adjustment, metal flow control, defect analysis (bends, waves, thickness variation), die polishing and reconditioning, press trials, coordination with production and quality teams, strong safety focus.
