ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with customers to understand their requirements and suggest suitable diamonds/jewelry. Explain diamond quality factors (4Cs - Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and certification details to customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring profitability. Assist customers with customized designs or special orders. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and documentation as required. Coordinate with production and design teams for order fulfillment. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, or client meetings (if applicable). Maintain CRM database with customer interactions and follow-ups.
