We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized RapNet Associate to manage our company's inventory and trading activities on the RapNet platform, the world's largest online diamond trading network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate product listings, managing customer leads, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting efficient, transparent trading operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Upload, update, and maintain detailed and accurate diamond, gemstone, and jewelry listings on RapNet and other international trading platforms. This includes all relevant specifications (e.g., grading reports, pricing, images, and videos).
Data Verification: Ensure all product data, including GIA/other lab certification details and pricing, is accurate, consistent, and reliable, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
Sales & Lead Management: Track and manage customer leads generated from shared items and inquiries on RapNet, coordinating follow-ups to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for RapNet-related inquiries, communicating effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Market Monitoring: Regularly update diamond price lists and coordinate price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all listings, transactions, and customer interactions. Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all trading activities adhere to company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
