Job Description

The Diamond Bagging Associate is responsible for accurately counting, weighing, labeling, and packaging polished diamonds according to company standards. This role ensures that diamonds are securely packed, properly documented, and prepared for Production or further processing.

Bagging & Packaging

Accurately count and bag diamonds according to customer or internal orders. Label packets with correct identification numbers, weights, and specifications. Use tools such as weighing scales, sieves, and diamond scoops with precision. Maintain accurate logs for each bagged batch. Update inventory management systems. Follow strict security protocols for handling high-value stones. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy. Prior experience in diamond assorting, grading, or bagging preferred. Ability to work in a secure, high-precision environment. Basic computer skills for inventory logging. Strong integrity and adherence to security protocols. Ability to sit for extended periods. Good visual acuity for handling small stones. Willingness to comply with strict security checks.
