We are seeking a meticulous and skilled

Diamond Assorter

to join its quality control and production team. This role is ideal for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, precision grading experience, and a deep appreciation for the artistry of luxury jewellery. The Diamond Assorter will play a critical role in ensuring every gem meets the exacting standards of our brand's elegance and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

Examine, classify, and assort diamonds based on cut, clarity, colour, and carat weight Identify inconsistencies and ensure quality standards are met across batches Coordinate with sourcing, design, and manufacturing teams on diamond specifications Maintain detailed records of assorting batches and diamond inventories Assist in cataloging diamond lots for client presentations and custom orders Collaborate with designers to recommend diamonds suited to specific jewellery styles Support showroom readiness by preparing and organizing stones for display and appointments

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in diamond assorting or grading Strong knowledge of diamond 4Cs and assorting techniques Ability to work with precision tools and gemmological instruments Familiarity with luxury jewellery standards and client expectations GEM-A or GIA certification (preferred but not mandatory) Good communication skills in English and Hindi Software handling in related field Graduation Required
