Conduct thorough assessments of diamond-related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.

Examine and evaluate diamond documentation, including certificates, invoices, and financial records, to verify their authenticity and quality.

Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in diamond transactions, ensuring they are promptly addressed.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and provide guidance on diamond-related matters.

Stay updated with industry trends, market values, and diamond grading standards to ensure compliance and offer expert advice.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in diamond-related activities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assessments and findings.

Provide training and support to colleagues and team members on diamond quality control best practices.

Verification of Audit of Diamond on scheduled basis

Manage KYC and other documents as per the credit policy

Ensure Locked custody of Assets in the Business hours in the Branch

Participate other Branch work for QC of Diamond as and when required as per the direction of Management

Attend Training and review meeting on a scheduled basis

Knowledge and experience operating instruments related to QC (Like CVD Detector Machine, Diamond testor, Loop, Microscop & Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Gemmology

Proven experience as a Diamond Quality Controller or similar role in the finance industry.

Strong knowledge of diamond grading, Quality assesment of old & new diamond studded Jewellery, quality standards, and industry practices.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in diamond-related documentation.

Familiarity with financial transactions and documentation specific to diamond trading.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for diamond quality control.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Professional certification in diamond grading or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
