Prepare dialysis machines before each procedure and ensure proper functioning
Perform hemodialysis procedures as per doctor's prescription and protocols
Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after dialysis
Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques
Handle vascular access (AV fistula, catheter) with proper care
Document dialysis treatment details and patient records accurately
Identify and report complications during dialysis to the nephrologist immediately
Disinfect and maintain dialysis machines and equipment after each use
Ensure availability of dialysis consumables and report shortages
Educate patients about dialysis care and precautions
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Dialysis Technology
Relevant dialysis unit experience preferred Minimum 2 year
salary (15000-20000)
