End to end comprehensive patient care management for successful dialysis of patients in the unit.

- Follow the defined protocols for fluid/chemical preparation & patient's medication.

- Updating records (quality/clinical formats, patient's file, dialysis record book, etc.) & periodic vitals charting.

- Maintaining Procedure Trolley, medical equipment, crash cart & related Checklist.

- Preparation of Dialysis Procedure Set/tray and Autoclave items. Assisting other staff/senior technician/ DMO while any procedure & managing patient complication.

- Proper continuous maintenance of RO treatment plant and quality of product water.

- Ensuring proper hygienic patient care & unit disinfection protocols.

- Dialyzer reprocessing as per defined protocol.

- Execution of any work assigned by the Senior Technician/ Manager/ DMO.

Desired Skills:

-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

-Suitable clinical work experience.

-Good Knowledge of Dialysis and Dedicated to Patient Care.

-Punctual, Motivated, Team Player. Understanding of Healthcare System and NABH protocols.

-Good in documentation and keen to learn & train.
