The Dialysis Technician Trainer is responsible for educating and preparing healthcare professionals (primarily dialysis technicians or those entering the renal care field) to successfully pass
DHA, MOH, and Prometric licensing exams
. The trainer develops and delivers structured training programs, up-to-date curriculum content, mock exams, and practical guidance aligned with the current exam formats and competencies required by these regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Education
Develop and deliver classroom and/or online training modules tailored to
DHA, MOH, and Prometric
exam syllabi for Dialysis Technicians.
Create structured study plans, teaching materials, and mock tests based on the latest licensing exam patterns.
Content Development
Prepare and update learning resources, practice question banks, and simulation exercises specific to Dialysis Technician exam content (e.g., machine setup, patient monitoring, safety protocols).
Integrate current clinical standards and regulatory guidelines into course materials relevant to Gulf licensing exams.
Assessment & Coaching
Conduct mock exams, quizzes, and assessments to track learner progress.
Identify areas of weakness and provide remedial coaching or targeted support.
Student Support
Guide and advise candidates on
exam strategy
, time management, and test-taking best practices.
Offer ongoing support via discussions, Q&A sessions, and feedback meetings.
Industry & Standards Alignment
Stay current on changes to
DHA, MOHAP, Prometric
exam formats, requirements, and competency expectations.
Ensure training content reflects updated healthcare protocols and standards.
Core Duties/Daily Tasks
Conduct live sessions (offline/online) for scheduled batches of trainees.
Review and evaluate training results; prepare progress reports.
Liaise with training coordinators, clinical SMEs, and exam consultants.
Maintain training logs and compliance documentation.
Provide practical guidance on clinical procedures and best practices in dialysis care.
? Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field
? Diploma or advanced certification in Dialysis Technology / Renal Care (preferred)
? Prior experience preparing candidates for
Prometric / DHA / MOH
exams (strong advantage)
Professional Experience
? Minimum 1-3 years of clinical or teaching experience in dialysis or renal care training
? Experience with international healthcare licensing exams and
MCQ-based exam frameworks
? Ability to develop curriculum and guide diverse learner groups
Skills Required
Excellent communicator with clear presentation skills
Deep understanding of dialysis procedures, equipment, safety protocols
Familiarity with DHA/MOH/Prometric exam domains, question styles, and scoring criteria
Strong assessment and feedback capabilities
Comfortable teaching online and using LMS tools
