GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Technician Trainer to deliver high-quality education and practical training to students enrolled in the Dialysis Technician program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in dialysis technology and a passion for teaching, aiming to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in renal care.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Delivery:

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on dialysis procedures, equipment operation, patient care, and safety protocols. Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, and study materials in alignment with curriculum guidelines and industry standards.

Hands-on Training:

Provide students with practical experience in operating dialysis machines, preparing dialyzers, and monitoring patients during dialysis sessions. Supervise and guide students during clinical training sessions in collaboration with affiliated hospitals or dialysis centers.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback on performance. Conduct assessments to evaluate student competencies and readiness for certification.

Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with academic coordinators to review and enhance the curriculum to ensure it meets current industry practices and standards.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in dialysis technology and patient care practices. Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹10,260.57 - ₹24,601.77 per month
