Set up and operate dialysis machines before each session.
Prepare all equipment and supplies, ensure sterilization, and maintain cleanliness of dialysis unit.
Monitor patients during dialysis: check vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, etc.) before, during, and after treatment.
Record patient data and treatment details accurately (vitals, machine settings, duration, observations)
Provide basic patient care and support -- assist with connection/disconnection, reassure patients, observe for complications, and report any issues immediately.
Maintain dialysis machines and related systems (e.g. water treatment), perform routine checks, and ensure proper functioning.
Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste, follow infection-control and safety protocols, and maintain hygiene standards in the unit.
Collaborate with medical staff (nurses, physicians) as required to deliver quality patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Certification or Diploma in Dialysis Technology / Dialysis Therapy (or equivalent recognized qualification).
Basic understanding of dialysis procedures, machine operation, water treatment systems, safety and hygiene protocols.
Good communication skills and ability to interact empathetically with patients.
Attention to detail for monitoring, documentation, and equipment maintenance; ability to follow protocols and respond quickly to any complications.
Minimum 2 yr - 5 yrs of experience required
