Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate dialysis machines and related equipment
Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions
Maintain and record vital signs and treatment data accurately
Respond to complications or emergencies during the procedure
Clean and sterilize equipment after each session
Ensure proper documentation and maintain patient records
Coordinate with nurses and nephrologists for patient care
Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Dialysis Technology (from a recognized institute)
1-3 years of experience
Good understanding of dialysis procedures and patient care
Basic computer and documentation skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
