Key Responsibilities
Prepare, set up, and operate dialysis equipment according to established protocols
Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments
Record vital signs and patient information accurately in medical records
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment area
Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times
Inspect, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and water treatment systems
Assist patients with mobility and comfort needs during treatment
Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff
Respond promptly to patient concerns or changes in condition
Educate patients on dialysis processes and care instructions as directed
