Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Prepare and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment before each treatment session.
Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments of patients, including vital signs and weight.
Connect and disconnect patients to dialysis machines with adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Monitor patients during dialysis for any adverse reactions and report immediately to the nurse or physician.
Ensure accurate documentation of treatment details, patient responses, and machine readings.
Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and water systems according to hospital standards.
Assist in patient education on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.
Maintain adequate inventory of dialysis supplies and ensure equipment functionality.
Follow all hospital policies, infection control procedures, and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements :-

Diploma or Certificate in Dialysis.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dialysis Technician.
Knowledge of dialysis procedures, hemodialysis equipment, and water treatment systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
