Prepare dialysis machines, equipment, and supplies before each treatment
Initiate, monitor, and terminate hemodialysis treatments as per protocol
Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after dialysis
Observe patients for complications and immediately report abnormalities
Maintain and disinfect dialysis machines and treatment areas
Ensure proper water treatment and machine calibration
Assist nephrologists and nurses during dialysis procedures
Document treatment details accurately in patient records
Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards
Educate patients on basic dialysis care and safety practices
RequirementsQualification
BSc/BVOC/DME
Valid certification/registration (as applicable)
Relevant dialysis experience preferred
Knowledge of hemodialysis machines and procedures
Ability to monitor patients and follow safety protocols
Good communication and patient care skills
Willingness to work in shifts
