Operating Dialysis Equipment

: Set up and operate dialysis machines, ensuring they function correctly throughout the treatment process.

Patient Monitoring

: Monitor patients during dialysis, checking vital signs and machine settings to ensure safety and comfort.

Patient Preparation

: Prepare patients for treatment by explaining the procedure, taking pre-dialysis measurements, and cleaning the vascular access site.

Documentation

: Accurately document treatment details and patient observations in electronic health records (EHR).

Infection Control

: Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a sterile treatment environment.

Collaboration

: Work closely with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Patient Education
