A Dialysis Technician operates and maintains dialysis machines to assist patients suffering from kidney failure. Working closely with doctors and nurses, they maintain sterilization standards, record vital signs, and respond to complications. Key Responsibilities

Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure machines function safely before treatment. Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort during dialysis sessions. Mix and administer dialysis solutions as per physician's prescriptions. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all dialysis instruments and rooms. Record patient data, treatment times, and post-procedure observations accurately. Assist doctors and nurses in managing patient care and emergencies. Educate patients about dialysis care and post-treatment precautions. Inspect and maintain dialysis machines according to hospital safety standards.

Skill & Experience

Strong knowledge of renal physiology and dialysis equipment operation. Excellent patient care, communication, and observation abilities required. Skilled in emergency response and infection control protocols. Ability to handle multiple patients efficiently under clinical pressure. Proficient in maintaining accurate medical and machine documentation records. Compassionate attitude with commitment to patient safety and comfort.
