DIALER ASSISTANT (OPERATIONS)

Educational Qualification

Minimum:

Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

Preferred:

Graduate

in any stream

3. Experience Requirements - Mandatory

1-3 years

' experience in

Dialer operations

(Predictive / Progressive / Preview modes) Hands-on experience in

Sales calling environments

(Outbound preferred) Experience handling: Lead allocation Campaign setup Agent mapping & skill-based routing

Preferred

Experience with

Inside Sales / Tele sales

processes Exposure to BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, or Fintech campaigns Experience in

BPO contact center

with >50 seats

MANDATORY CRITERIA -

Needs to have min of 2-3 years' experience in dialler management in BPO Sales only

Need to have excellent knowledge in Advanced Excel & a very good knowledge of BPO excel formulas

Hiring has to be done for a candidate who has experience in sales campaign mandatory

Dialer Tools (Mandatory)

5. Dialer Functions

Campaign creation & optimization, Real-time monitoring (RTM) List management (import, scrub, DNC checks) ,Drop call management Dialing strategy (predictive, manual, blended) Call pacing adjustment/Abandonment threshold & retry logic setup Disposition mapping/Maintaining contractability ratio Agent ID/seat allocation

Reporting & MIS Skills

Daily Dialer dashboards / Call volume, Attempt ratio, Connectivity%, Contact%, Conversion% Hourly performance monitoring / AHT Agent productivity reporting Raw log extraction & analysis Understanding of: ACW SLA Occupancy Shrinkage Basic Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot tables Filters Data cleaning

5. Behavioral & Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking Ability to work under pressure & target-driven timelines Good communication with Operations & MIS teams Quick decision-making in live Dialer situations Attention to detail Problem solving with minimal supervision

REMUNERATION - INR32,000/- TO INR35,000/- + PF +OTHERS FACILITY
