Job Description
We are looking for a Dialer experience which is having good experience in Dialer management in the BPO Sector.
Required good communication skills.
looking for more than 2 years of experience in a relevant domain.
qualification: Any graduation is fine.
Good knowledge of Dialer Management end-to-end responsibilities
- Create, Maintain and analyze reports on an intraday Daily/Hourly, weekly, monthly and yearly basis to monitor performance of strategies implemented across the organization
- Ensure all Dialer related issues/ requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel / departments / vendors.
