Managing and configuring automated dialing software (e.g., predictive, power, or preview dialers) for various outbound campaigns.
Data Handling:
Performing daily uploads, downloads, and importing of contact lists, as well as managing and scrubbing data (e.g., removing "Do Not Call" (DNC) numbers) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Real-time Monitoring:
Continuously monitoring campaign performance metrics (such as call volume, answer rates, and agent availability) and making real-time adjustments to dialer settings to improve efficiency and results.
Analysis and Reporting:
Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dialing metrics and performance, and analyzing the data to identify trends, potential problems, and areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Collaborating with the IT team and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the dialer system or associated technologies (like CRM integration or IVR).
Compliance Assurance:
Ensuring all dialing activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and company policies, such as those related to telemarketing and consumer privacy.
Collaboration:
Working closely with operations, sales, and workforce management teams to align dialing strategies with overall business goals and campaign objectives.
