Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage auto-dialer campaigns, including agent allocation and call pacing.
Monitor dialer performance to minimize call drops, reduce idle time, and maximize connect rates.
Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
Troubleshoot dialer-related technical issues and coordinate with IT/dialer vendors when required.
Ensure compliance with dialing regulations, including Do-Not-Call lists and campaign-specific guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dialer Administrator/Specialist in a call center environment.
Hands-on experience with [, e.g., Aspect, Five9, Genesys, VICIdial].
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of compliance standards related to outbound dialing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
