Responsible for counseling the patient as per the prescription and making bills accordingly.

Receive all prescriptions/credit letters. Read the prescription and cross check with the name.
Counsel the patients about the tests and inform TAT of all investigations and cost involved

Hand over patient to PRE for detailed counseling about criteria / preparation for tests like CT ,
MRI , Ultrasound etc.

To do correct billing of required investigations only after counseling.

Correct Entry of patient data at the time of registration

To be aware of regular and special investigations which are out sourced and TAT of all
investigations accordingly.

To have complete knowledge about policies and procedures of diagnostics billing. Ex: Discount
policy, etc.

Proper cash handling/handover/takeover

Ensure correct billing To provide required information to patient queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
