We are seeking an experienced

Diabetologist

to join us part-time on a

revenue-sharing basis

to lead our diabetes care services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

outpatient consultations

for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes. Develop

personalized treatment plans

, including medication management, diet, and lifestyle interventions. Monitor

blood glucose trends

, lab results, and complications. Provide

patient education and counseling

to improve compliance and outcomes. Collaborate with general physicians and nutritionists for holistic diabetes management. Maintain

accurate patient records

and follow-up schedules.

Qualifications

MBBS with

MD (General Medicine)

or

Diploma in Diabetology

or Fellowship in Diabetology from a recognized institution. Valid

Tamil Nadu Medical Council or NMC registration

. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in diabetes management in outpatient settings. Strong knowledge of

evidence-based diabetes care protocols

. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.

Compensation

Revenue Share Basis

(20-30% of consultation fees). Flexible working hours (morning/evening sessions, 2-4 hours per day). Opportunity to grow into a

lead consultant role

as the clinic scales.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,093.68 - ₹42,492.00 per month
