Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the diabetes segment across both B2B and B2C channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare partners.
Promote company services and products related to diabetes care and wellness programs.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and outreach activities to expand the diabetes network.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute campaigns for diabetes awareness and patient engagement.
Achieve business growth and sales targets within assigned territories.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversion rates through CRM or reporting tools.
Stay updated with the latest developments in diabetes care, treatments, and healthcare industry trends.
Participate in health camps, awareness drives, and other community engagement programs as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field
.
2-5 years
of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in
diabetes or chronic disease segments
.
Strong understanding of diabetes care and related therapeutic products.
Proven experience in
business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Background:
Prior experience as a
Medical Representative
or in
Pharma Sales
focusing on diabetes or metabolic disorders.
Existing network of contacts within healthcare providers or diagnostic centers.
