Political Strategy Program Analyst

We are looking for a rockstar Strategic Program Analyst to join the team and help solve some of the very interesting unsolved problems of the space. The candidates will be responsible for scaling and managing the survey-related operations in Telephonic and Field survey verticals across the country and subsequently building the future of the market research work in India. The role will allow the candidate to work closely with the founding team on large-scale operations across geographies in the country.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.

- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

- Liaise between various business departments and groups.

- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling; maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.

- Drive continuous improvements in the business models by tracking core business metrics related to operations and improving the efficiency of business operations.

- Assist in planning and designing business processes; assist in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.

- Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduation/ Post Graduation/ MBA/ PGDM in any discipline.

- Work experience of 0-4 years in a similar role.

- Strong first principle thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Word/Google Docs and MS PowerPoint/Google Slides.

- Knowledge of Python is a good-to-have skill, though not mandatory.

- Advanced Excel and knowledge of SQL/Meta base.

- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.

- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.

- Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.

- Experience in structuring ambiguous problems with an ability to think laterally and in multiple dimensions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel.

Good to have:

- Power BI, Python, SQL, Jira, or any other data-centric ERP.

- In addition to the specified requirements, a strong interest in political analysis and previous work experience in political polling or related fields would be highly valued.
