Responsibilities and Duties

Responding to and processing incoming calls-mails and orders. , Opening new accounts.
Entering orders into system.
Co-ordinate with head office.
Providing pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.
Closing orders.
Payments Follow up
Maintaining records of enquiries, pending orders and quotations.
Documentation filing related to sale
Other duties as required.
