Company is in a main-stream business of providing oil hydraulic solutions since last 3 decades. Company is continuously converting ideas into reality, with energy saving reliable hydraulic solutions. Since more than 10 years, company has a Joint Venture with a German company.

Application Engineering function
The primary responsibility (but not limited to) for a Cluster Leader – Application engineering is listed below.
• Study the incoming enquiry and revert to customer in case if any query.
• Pre-proposal discussion with customer to get better understanding of project requirements and creating a unique value proposition by gaining their confidence.
• Prepare hydraulic circuit diagram, select appropriate components, prepare part list, and workout costing for the project.
• Get in contact with vendors for special product pricing requirements in projects.
• Prepare Techno-Commercial offer and submit to customer.
• Discussion with customers for any techno-commercial queries and alignments.
• Discuss and align with customers and management to strategize the commercial proposal to win the order.
• Prepare release documents and align with design team for complete information transfer for the project.
• Support design team in the document approval process
• Support purchase and planning team in inventory reduction topic.
• Support operation team during execution of project if they have any challenge.
• Support finance team to align commercial aspects and payment follow up process with customers.
• Support field service team with engineering knowledge during site commissioning / troubleshooting.
• Support your leader in standardization process (components / processes) for future strategic approach.
? Business Development Function
This is the overview of strategic function (but not limited to) for a Cluster Leader – Application engineering.
• Prepare complete mapping of market potential in Energy segment and potential customers for Indian market.
• Expand business wings with new customer development.
• Visit customers for strategic meetings and strengthening the position.
• Prepare competitor analysis to work on future business strategies.
Qualifications
• B-Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics
• MBA from reputed business school is an added advantage Additional Information
Additional Information
• 5 – 7 years of relevant experience
• Passionate entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in English
• Hands-on experience of AutoCAD and other MSOffice applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willing to travel at least 25 – 30% of time across India.
