Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 2. At least 3-5 years of experience with a similar profile in the Financial/Banking Services industry. 3. Knowledge of Financials and Stock Market. 4. Good understanding of financial products including mutual funds, insurance, equities, bonds, and portfolio management services. 5. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities to identify opportunities and drive business growth. 6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships. 7. Problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues. 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client expectations. 9. Certification in financial advisory or wealth management (e.g., NISM, CFP) is a plus. 10. Well-developed & Presentable. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding Dhanvesttor's client base. 2. Client Education and Guidance: Educating clients about Dhanvesttor's investment strategies, financial products, co-learning and community-building facilities (CLCB). 3. Client Relationship Manager: Should build and nurture strong and seamless relationships with assigned distributors/clients to drive Dhanvesttor's business growth. 4. Client Retention: To focus on retaining existing clients for sustained success at Dhanvesttor. 5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients by understanding their financial goals and risk profiles. 6. Target-Oriented Performance: Responsible for achieving Dhanvesttor's targets effectively. 7. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 8. Monitor financial markets and provide timely updates to clients. 9. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies 10. Stock Market and Industry Analysis: Analysing market and industry trends is key. Critical Skills and Attributes: 1. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise even when muli-tasking 2.
