Elevate Academy is seeking an experienced

DHA MLT Tutor

to train Medical Laboratory Technology graduates preparing for the

Dubai Health Authority (DHA)

licensing examination. The tutor will be responsible for delivering focused, exam-oriented training aligned with the DHA syllabus, covering key areas such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology. The primary objective is to enable students to clear the DHA exam within

2-3 months

.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Instruction:

Teach core MLT subjects as per the DHA examination syllabus, ensuring deep conceptual clarity.

Exam Strategy:

Provide structured training on the DHA exam format, question patterns (MCQs), and time management strategies.

Revision & Practice:

Conduct intensive practice sessions, previous year paper discussions, and clinical case-study solving.

Performance Tracking:

Support students through regular mock tests, performance analysis, and personalized feedback.

Doubt Resolution:

Provide timely support to address student queries and simplify complex diagnostic concepts.

Eligibility & Experience

Academic Background:

Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.MLT/M.MLT) or related clinical science.

Subject Expertise:

Mastery over Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Banking, and Microbiology.

Exam Experience:

Prior experience coaching for DHA, MOH, HAAD (DoH), or Prometric exams is highly preferred.

Licensing Knowledge:

Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully cleared the DHA or equivalent licensing exam.

Communication:

Ability to deliver clear, concise, and result-oriented teaching in a hybrid environment.
