Job Summary:

The DGM - Project Manager (Civil) will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end civil construction projects, from planning to execution and handover. The role involves overseeing project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale civil projects. Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations. Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management. Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites. Drive continuous improvement in construction practices and project management. Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech/M.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred). 12-18 years of experience in civil project management (real estate / infrastructure). Proven experience in handling end-to-end project execution. Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,890,532.75 per year
