Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Data Analytics & Simulation

• Understand key objectives and with the use of data mining techniques develop templates and dashboards for quality, engineering and customer care .
• Manage telematics hardware and its functions IMAXX
• Identify remaining useful life- Use AL ML techniques to identify / predict issues/ pattern/ trends
• Use prognostics to identify faults on vehicle
• Use Digital repair methods

Simulation :

• Decide on power train based on PRF and convert on PALS to FI
• Link calibration / drivability to data based on FE
• Reduce no of FE runs on physical trials
• Bring RWUP and simulation to 2%

New Technology & Power Electronics

• Familiar with controllers , micro processors and its technology
• Controller HW selection
• Knowledge of ADAS functions and system L2 and L3 functions POC
• Good know how of CAN IVN
• Know how of system integration
• Integration with other vehicle systems like brakes, steering, cluster etc

Embedded Systems & System Integration

• Development of software logics using MBD
• Hardware and software integration
• Requirements Engineering
• Compliance to MAAB guidelines
• Virtual Validation
• System Architecture definition
• Diagnostics management
• Communication Protocol definition and management

Fuel Economy

• FE road map with short term, medium term and long term strategy
• Energy efficiency mapping to identify areas of improvement
• FE ideation and execution with pipeline
• Cost of ownership reduction
• Understand driver impact on FE

Vehicle Attributes

• Vehicle drivability and performance as per targets
• Software control management
• DIS logics
• Vehicle level logics optimization
• Control strategy optimization
• Diagnostics management
