Location: Ekkaduthangal, Chennai (Work from OFFICE only)

Experience: 14 years till 20 years.

Segment: Real Estate/Construction/Mining.

REAL ESTATE/CONSTRUCTION accounts background is MOST preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, monitoring performance and recommending improvements.

Accounting Management:

Supervise daily accounting tasks, including ledger management, journal entries, and month-end/quarterly/annual closures.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare timely and accurate financial reports to highlight key financial metrics for senior management.

Internal Controls & Compliance:

Establish and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to ensure financial integrity and compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and other regulations.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team to ensure high performance.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

Oversee and ensure compliance with tax laws, including GST and Income Tax, as well as other regulatory requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Actively participate in the budgeting process and manage treasury functions, including cash flow and working capital.

Audit Coordination:

Coordinate and ensure timely completion of internal, statutory, and management audits.

Process Improvement:

Drive improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Strategic Insights:

Provide analysis and strategic recommendations to guide financial decision-making and support business growth.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
