REQUIREMENTS:

Location Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, India

Education Engineering + Business School Graduate

Job Related Experience 4-6 Years Required: Candidates with consulting background with exposure to Strategy development (growth strategy, entry strategy), Strategy implementation, Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions, especially Commercial diligence (CDD) & Valuation Preferred: Performance improvement (Business Transformation, Profitability improvement) Preferred sector experience: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, B2B, Electrical

Areas of Responsibility (Describe the nature, scope, level of improvements to new ideas, etc.) Level *(Full, Partial, Supportive) Measurement (Quantitative or quality criteria to achieve responsibility)

1. Contribute to Country Strategy Formulation & Implementation: \xc2\xb7 Develop Country\'s long strategy and support deployment \xc2\xb7 Providing inputs to management for decision making, providing basic infrastructure in terms of processes, dashboard, etc. Partial Market Share, Top and bottom line growth

2. Contribute to M&A activities: \xc2\xb7 Identify gaps and opportunities where inorganic growth is required \xc2\xb7 Contribute to developing strategic case for M&A \xc2\xb7 Identify, profiling and evaluate potential targets \xc2\xb7 Support due diligence and deal process Partial Completion of deliverables specific to the role

3. Preparation & Implementation of Business Cases/ Action: \xc2\xb7 Evaluate, Identify, Prepare Business Cases for different segments on the market potential, competition, SEI\'s prospects, etc which includes Information collection & analysis, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Action Plans, Execution \xc2\xb7 Control & help in deployment of Business Action Plans to ensure long term accelerated Profitable Growth and Leadership Position Partial Complete, high quality and on time planning and implementation

4. Strategic Programs: \xc2\xb7 Contribute to Business Cases for Strategic Programs through Market Interviews, Customer Interviews, Market Surveys, Internal Brainstorming and then provide/present scenarios to the Steering Committee Supportive Specific to any program launched

Supportive : Provide support to the person accountable for the results of the work.

Business Understanding Strong analytical capabilities. Strong ability to visualize, identify & formulate scenarios, should be able to identify with stakeholders (internal & external), understand market dynamics

Others: (e.g.: Language skills, Technical skills Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Ability to excel in transversal role, Lead & Implement new initiatives
