Job Description

Looking for highly motivated and experienced sales professionals with 10-12 years of experience to join Services Sales team for the position of a Senior Manager at the Bhuvaneshwar location. This position reports to Regional Sales Head, Field Services Kolkata. This position may have to lead a small team.
Essential duties and responsibilities - 1) The sales professional should be able to drive & manage existing territory of business, generate new business avenues in the untapped region, as well as manage service partners. 2) The candidate must be seasoned in consultative selling & selling technical services solutions (modernization / up-gradation / consulting / Audit services / Cooling systems / Spare parts etc) to all customers. 3) Experience in selling digital & connected solutions to aforesaid customers to gain market share within the Region. 4) Achieve the yearly Order/Sales/ Cash in line with the growth ambition of the service BU. 5) Identify and develop new customer Account and formulate Business Strategy to saturate the account with maximum share of business 6) Ability to self-motivate multi-task and work independently or within a team 7) Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

Educational Qualification - 1) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
