Support the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and contribute to financial forecasting.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams, conduct performance reviews, and foster a productive work environment.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years in a managerial role, with significant experience in operations or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
