Job description

Must have experience of 10 - 15 Years in Sales & Marketing and experience and Preference will be given to those having experience in Real Estate Industry.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals which includes 10 - 12 Sales Managers in Trivandrum, Thiruvalla / Kottayam & Thrissur who are reporting with AGM Sales & Marketing.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Must have experience in Real Estate Industry

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing and managing a team of Sales & Marketing in Real Estate Industry.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?80,860.00 - ?100,371.00 per month
