Job Description

Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners & ensure achievement of Sales Targets for Industry OEM's market thru direct and indirect sales by Collaborating with other pipes.

1. Sales Planning: Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets o Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements o Allocating targets by customers and activities . Preparing month wise target plan. Drive AMPS Plan / Initiatives.

2. Achieving Sales Targets: o Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets. Maintain forecast accuracy for OB & Sales month on month.

3. Drive ONE Schneider approach, Innovative offers and Ecostruxure solutions and saturate Partners.

4.Manage Partners in the territory, Drive distributor commercial plan & SD targets.

5. Customer Management: o Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan o Conduct regular meetings with OEM's to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products o Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network

6. Promotional Activities: o Organize Plant Visits / Technical Training / Factory visits , etc., for customers o Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team.

Qualifications



Qualifications - External

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria: Diploma/Engineering Grad. In Electric Engineering. Has high level of technical skills in Industrial Automation Product Line, LT Switchgear and Power Quality products. He / She Has the ability to understand the need of OEM's and creates a pull by embedding technical specifications. Has the ability to convince customer with Compelling arguments. He / she Is able to negotiate and build relationships and also able to carry Corporate image and should be a solution provider. Excellent influencing and convincing skills.
