Work on planning & execution of possession and ensure smooth handing over of the project over to property solutions.
Offer a professional interface between customer and the various departments of the organization for achieving highest level of customer satisfaction.
Assess customer feedback, evaluate areas of improvement and map quality standards for various operational areas ensuring high quality customer experience.
Provide the periodic MIS reports to the Management.

DGM - Sales ( Branches)
Plans and oversees Branding / Advertising and promotion activities.
Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
Update and manage social media profiles.
Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales team to meet sales and marketing human resource objective.
Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Formulate and develop Business Plan which shall include.
Minimum sales price (along with permissible deviations) and sales phasing.
Broad parameters and the timelines for utilization of the FAR/FSI, construction schedule for the Development of the Project.
