We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead real estate accounting operations and country controlling activities for Vantage Towers markets. This role involves managing a team of approximately 30 FTEs, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16, and driving automation and reporting projects. The individual will act as a key liaison between VOIS and local markets, overseeing governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Who you are

• Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience or MBA/Postgraduate with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Platform.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, project leadership, and problem-solving.
• Effective communicator with strong analytical and time management capabilities.
• Desirable: Familiarity with SAP RE-FX and SAP systems; ability to create data visualisations and dashboards.
