Job Description

Project Planning and Management:

Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers. Ensuring all resources for the project are available as per the plan. Ensuring timely completion of projects as per plan. Managing project scope, cost, and schedule from design to completion. Conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Managing and coordinating construction activities. Preparing and submitting project reports.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Leading and managing teams of civil engineers and construction personnel. Providing direction, guidance, and feedback to team members. Fostering a collaborative environment among different departments and stakeholders. Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Controlling site costs and achieving cost reduction targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
