Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects ensuring timely and quality outcomes that meet client expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives and client needs. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability. Ensure compliance with governance risk and compliance standards maintaining the integrity and security of project deliverables. Utilize finance and accounting knowledge to manage project budgets and financial reporting accurately. Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in delivery management with a focus on Salesforce delivery. Demonstrate strong skills in sales and marketing with the ability to integrate these into Salesforce solutions. Have experience in governance risk and compliance as well as finance and accounting as a nice to have. Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to effectively interact with stakeholders. Show adaptability to a hybrid work model and rotational shifts ensuring consistent project delivery. Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in delivery processes. Maintain a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction in all project deliverables.
