Effective monitoring of day\xe2\x80\x90to\xe2\x80\x90day offshore project activities and providing operational expertise to marine spread towards safe execution of offshore domestic & international projects.
Ensure statutory & trading certification for owned vessels remain valid and initiate timely actions including liaising with flag administration and classification societies for complying with it;
Monitoring & reviewing of vessel daily project progress reports, voyage reports and safety & environment meeting reports;
Provide guidance to Vessel Master for DP operations, mooring / anchoring operations, towing operations, heavy weather navigation, vessel ballasting / de-ballasting operations and critical operations;
Ensure ISM, ISPS and MLC compliances, with proper implementation of office / vessel plans and procedures while executing the role of ADPA and ACSO;
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and other requirements by vessels and take timely corrective and preventive actions when necessary;
Preparing owned vessels for OCIMF OVID & OVMSA compliance and arranging for vetting inspections of owned vessels in consultation with Head \xe2\x80\x93 Marine Operations;
Briefing / Familiarisation of vessel Master, Senior Deck & Engine Officers, Junior Deck & Engine Officers & ratings prior to joining vessels with the Company Safety Management System, Company Policies, vessel operations during project and specific charterers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements;
Execute the role of Port Captain when required by the client.
