Minimum Qualification
LLB CA (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT)
NO: OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
10 to 15 years
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
Should possess core Indirect Tax Knowledge covering Central Excise, Service Tax & VAT and Goods and Services Tax.
Should be experienced in dealing with Tax officials & managing a team. Should also possess good interpretation, drafting and communication skills.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Knowledge and experience in working of ERP environment is desirable

Team Leadership, Interpersonal Skills & Networking
AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND:
Should have experience of independently handling Indirect Tax functions in a medium size multi-locational Company Experience in Project / Construction industry would be a distinct advantage.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To handle Indirect Tax matters and to oversee & support timely compliance, management reporting and accounting of identified States
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for Indirect Taxes compliance relating to construction contracts Covering erstwhile service tax, VAT / CST, Entry tax and existing Goods & Services tax. Person should be able to guide and handle various statutory compliances, operational procedures & related documentation
Guide and Develop the Team.
Will be responsible to co-ordinate / handle various notices, audits, assessments & litigation of the Infrastructure vertical and associated UJVs
