Position- Payroll and Compliance Manager
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
Handle all aspects of payroll taxation, deductions, and employee benefits administration.
Manage and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll-related queries.
Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
Compliance Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances related to labor laws, taxation, and employee benefits.
Conduct audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to implement compliance-related initiatives.
Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits.
Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and compliance requirements and implement necessary changes.
