DGM [Land & Legal]

for one of the

Renewable Energy

at

Ahmedabad.

Designation:

Deputy General Manager - Land & Legal

Location -

Ahmedabad

Head Quarter Operations

: Travel across Gujarat and Rajasthan as and when required (15-20 days/month)

Educational Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in law or engineering (Civil & Electrical Preferred)

Total Experience:

8 -10 years minimum in Renewable Energy sectors Industry Background: o Must have worked exclusively in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind/Hybrid/Battery Energy Storage Systems)

Site Identification & Assessment

2. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

Government Agencies & Approvals
Land Uses and Conversion

3. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

Risk Mitigation

4. Contract Management & Commercial Operations

Financial & Payment Management
Vendor & Aggregator Management
Contract drafting & Negotiations
Contract Implementation and Claims
