ACTIVITIES

Project Management

Review of electrical and instrumentation tender documents and providing concurrence for floating.



Review of electrical and instrumentation estimate for individual projects.



Ensure timely start and completion of electrical & instrumentation packages.



Ensure appropriate electrical and instrumentation contractor is engaged for construction of depot.



Coordinate with Contractors, Vendors and Site team for timely completion and delivery of various activities based on project schedule.

Depot Construction

Finalizing the Concept, Facilities, And Layout plan for each project.



Review of Drawings, QAP's and other technical documents related to electrical & instrumentation package.



Ensure compliance to safety practices and standards for safety during construction.



Project review meetings with project site and contractors Periodic site visit to mentor and advise site team for timely completion of project to the required quality. Sorting out any issues arising to the assigned works.

Boundary Management

* Coordination with Electrical and Instrumentation vendors.
