Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil engineering, Roads & building constructions, Water Supply, Infrastructures sector
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients & Govt, PSU's, an autonomous bodies of central & local authorities.
Prepare, analyze and present proposals and contracts feasibility & viability.
Negotiate and close deals in close coordination with concern stakeholders.
Coordinate and collaborate with the project team and other stakeholders, ensure capacity building meeting business revenue goals for the region.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
A degree/diploma in civil engineering or related field preferred.(Although not mandatory for exceptionally performed candidate)
At least 3+ years of experience in business development in the civil sector dealing with govt authorities (central & local bodies)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the civil sector
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the civil engineering industry.
