An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate should have 20 - 25 years of leadership and management experience in EMS operations. who having Experience in electronics manufacturing for OEMs.
Key Competencies:

• This person will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities for the EMS product segment. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability for the business unit. The person will also coordinate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
