Scope:



The Incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function for the

field sales and distribution workforce across multiple regions. The role involves end-

to-end HR management for field employees, including manpower planning, bulk

hiring, employee relations, grievance handling, statutory compliance, and

engagement initiatives. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to business and

senior leadership, ensuring seamless HR operations and workforce stability across

the field organization.

Key Performance Indicators:



1. Talent Acquisition & Deployment:

? Drive bulk recruitment of medical representatives, sales executives, and field

managers across regions.

? Partner with business heads and regional managers to forecast manpower

needs.

? Liaise with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely

hiring and onboarding.

2. Employee Relations & Grievance Management:

? Address and resolve employee grievances from field staff with empathy and

fairness.

? Build and sustain strong connect with field employees through regular

engagement and communication forums.

? Handle disciplinary issues and ensure timely closure of employee cases in

alignment with company policies.

3. Industrial Relations (IR) & Statutory Compliance:

? Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory compliances pertaining to

field employees across states.

? Manage liaison with local authorities, labor departments, and statutory bodies

where required.

? Mitigate IR risks through proactive engagement and compliance audits.

4. Performance Management &; HR Operations:

? Support goal-setting, appraisal processes, and capability-building initiatives

for field teams.

? Monitor and manage attrition trends; implement retention initiatives.

? Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and HR operations in coordination with

HO.

5. Strategic HR Partnering:

? Work closely with senior management and regional leadership to align HR

priorities with business goals.

? Provide actionable insights through HR analytics, dashboards, and MIS

reports.

? Prepare and present HR metrics, manpower status, and engagement updates

to leadership.

6. Employee Engagement & Communication:

? Design and execute engagement programs tailored for the field force.

? Foster a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and performance orientation

across field teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:



? Experience: 15-20 years handling field HR operations in the pharmaceutical

industry.

? Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

? Proven experience in bulk hiring, IR & statutory compliance, grievance

handling, and field force management.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact

effectively with all levels, including senior leadership.

? High degree of integrity, resilience, and maturity in managing complex field

challenges.

? Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting.

Key Competencies:

? Strong understanding of pharma field dynamics and sales organization

structure.

? Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills and Team

Management.

? Analytical and data interpretation capability for HR reporting and MIS.

? Empathetic yet firm approach in grievance and IR matters.

? Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,900,000.00 - ?2,700,000.00 per year
