Your Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the digital transformation agenda for Gogrej Agrovet. Own the digital strategy, vision, key themes and priority digital interventions for the company. Identify digital trends and opportunities and drive transformation and adoption within the company.

  • Lead the organizations digital initiatives
  • Define and communicate the digital strategy and vision for the company, including key themes through which it will be delivered
  • Manage the portfolio of digital transformation projects, ideate and maintain a steady pipeline of potential digital opportunities
  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders to develop the solution, drive adoption and ensure customer success
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships, working with key stakeholders and cultivating a network of experts outside the organization
  • Manage a direct report team, and a wider indirect team of external partners and product owners drawn from across the business
  • He / She would report to the Head of Strategy & Business Development.
Position Requirements:
Qualification:
  • The candidate should have an MBA preferably from a reputed B - School
Experience:
  • 8 - 12 years experience and proven success in leading major digital transformation / change initiatives
Critical Skills:
  • Technically literate and able to execute deliver tangible business benefit
  • Strong leadership in managing a high-performing team and building relationships across the wider organization
  • Passionate about problem solving
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Willing to travel extensively across the country.
